I moved to Tuscany, Italy in 2024. It quickly became evident that the dream of creating my own wine was within reach in this wine loving country.
After years of working in hospitality — and trying to take wine seriously — I realized something:
I didn’t want to fit in with wine culture.
I wanted to create something that felt closer, looser, warmer. Wine should be a social element for those great nights surrounded by people you like.
I’m constantly working on Odd One Out trying to grow the brand and collaborate with more exciting winemakers.
